Dear colleagues We have an old AERE Harwell gas-filled proportional counter for 57Fe Mossbauer spectroscopy (95% Argon / 5% Methane) and it is many years since it was recharged with gas. I would like to know whether any members have this capability, or could direct me to a commercial company (preferably in the UK) who could do this for us, as we do not have capability in-house. Any suggestions that members could make will be very gratefully received.
