Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to inform you that registration web site for MECAME and GFSM
is now open:
https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR13/inscription/inscription/222
For more information about the conferences, please get a look to this web
page :

For the first time MECAME and GFSM will both hold at the same place and at
the same time in 2019. The aims of MECAME & GFSM 2019 are to present the
results of new investigations and reviews of the applications of the
Mössbauer effect in different fields of Science as well as promote
collaboration and mutual understanding among researchers using Mössbauer
spectroscopy and related techniques.

Dear Colleagues,
You are invited to participate in the Workshop on applications of Emission
Mössbauer Spectroscopy (WEMS2019 «https://indico.cern.ch/event/wems2019>> )
that will take place in Bilbao, Spain 15.-17. July 2019.
Contributions related to Emission Mössbauer Spectroscopy are welcome, see
the workshop webpages (https://indico.cern.ch/event/wems2019) for details
on registration (free but mandatory), abstract submission and practical
information, such as accommodation and venue.
WEMS is organized by members of the Mössbauer collaboration at ISOLDE/CERN
«http://e-ms.web.cern.ch/>> . The group has for many years applied
implantation of short-lived radioactive parent isotopes produced at the
ISOLDE facility «http://isolde.web.cern.ch/>> at CERN «https://home.cern/>>
for emission Mössbauer spectroscopy, mostly in the field of material
sciences.
Dear Colleagues,
at Alexander Kamnev’s request who, for technical reasons, has not been able to post directly to the mailing list, I am forwarding his announcement below.
With best regards,
Denes L. Nagy

Dear members of the Mossbauer community,
On 9-14 June 2019, in Mexico city, Mexico, the Colloquium Spectroscopicum Internationale XLI will be held. It is a well-known scientific forum and one of the greatest spectroscopic congresses on all kinds of analytical spectroscopy (see the website: http://www.csi2019mexico.com/). Among its sectional topics, the “Nuclear Techniques” session is planned which includes (although is not limited by) Mossbauer spectroscopy as well as its applications.
