Introduction
Mössbauer Effect Reference and Data Journal (MERDJ, ISSN 0163-9587) is the
main information exchange journal of international Mössbauer spectroscopy, is
published by Mössbauer Effect Data Center（MEDC, http://www.medc.dicp.ac.cn/,
Dalian, China）with 64-year history and a good reputation. Ten issues each
year are consisted of two parts: literature data and newsletter. Till now,
more than 480 issues have been published.1-3305 were published in USA. From
volume 33, number 6, the issues are edited by MEDC director Tao Zhang and
Secretary General Junhu Wang, and over 30 Associate Editors as well as
International Advisory Board. Though computer technique and net have been
made greatly development, the issues’ format is still similar to that of its
predecessor. We will continue to follow in this tradition to serve all
Mössbauer communities.
