Subject: About Deadline extension

Dear all,

Due to multiple gentle requests, we have decided to extend the deadline for Submitting Abstract. The new deadline is September 28th.

In addition, we want to let you know that we have the week from September 17th to 21st free - due to Independence Holidays- so we are not going to be able to reply any mail that week and the registration codes will be sent the next one. Thanks beforehand for your comprehension.
